The LouCan

This container model started as a special project for our resident shop boss, Louie a 19lb French Bulldog with a big attitude and an even bigger love for supervising our builds. Designed to be his dream office and chill zone, the space quickly evolved (because Louie has high standards).

We ended up adding a comfy bed, a stylish kitchenette, and even a rooftop deck so he could keep an eye on everything from above.

As with all our builds, this unit can be fully customized—whether you’re designing for yourself, your guests, or your four-legged foreman.

Fully insulated and finished with drywall, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and windows of your choice, this compact container is designed for comfort and versatility. A mini-split heating and cooling system keeps things cozy year-round, while LED lighting (inside and out) ensures it always shines.

Whether you’re dreaming of a home office, a she shed, a playhouse, or your own private game room, the Junior Model is ready to make it happen. Add optional security features, and you’ve got a tiny powerhouse with endless potential.

Meet The Momma Box—the 40’ high cube ADU that‘s got it all. She’s cozy, stylish, and built to impress. With over 8 feet of ceiling height, a full bathroom with a glass stand-up shower, a cute and functional kitchenette, separate bedroom for privacy, and big picture windows to let the light pour in—this little unit lives large. Fully climate-controlled and ready for anything, the Momma Box is perfect for in-laws, guests, rentals, or just treating yourself to some seriously cool backyard living.

This is the perfect option for a back yard or commercial setting! This open layout comes fully insulated and equipped with a 12,000BTU Mini-Split unit that will keep you comfortable year round, regardless of what Mother Nature brings! Recessed LED lighting paired with two front windows brightens the inside space, lined with LVT flooring. The exterior of the unit is illuminated by outdoor LED lights on each end of the structure.

The "Little One" can be a unique addition to your backyard oasis or a rustic makeover to your generic run-down food stand. The interior of this unit displays rugged flooring, featuring Sherwin Williams armor seal paint for easy maintenance. Matching the shiplap on the back wall to the wood of the bar top, are just two of the many customizable options boasted in this unit.  Stocked with two fans to promote airflow so you can stay as cool as the drinks you're serving!  With interior and exterior color-changing LED lights, you can match the lights to your celebration. You have the opportunity to paint this unit the color of your choice to meet your personal style goals. 

The “Remington Model” is our most rugged model built for the dirt and grime. This isn’t your typical job site office trailer with soft floors and leaky RV windows. This unit comes fully insulated with a 12,000 BTU Mini-Split heat and air conditioning unit that will keep you comfortable regardless of the season.  The interior of this unit comes equipped with rugged flooring and FRP wall paneling that is durable and easy to clean.  Two 36” tinted windows with security bars and a complete Ring security system are just a couple key features this rugged unit offers to keep your office secure at all times.     

As the rise of new small businesses continues, we created the perfect model for those looking for the best of both worlds.  The “Senior Model” comes standard with a ten foot finished office and a ten foot storage space, split with a partition wall and 36” interior door.  LED lighting and ample amounts of sunlight paired with custom painted drywall, will make this cozy office feel like you’re right at home! This 20’ recycled container comes fully insulated with a 9,000 BTU Mini-Split heat and air conditioning unit that will keep you comfortable regardless of the season.  You will find marine grade plywood flooring in the storage unit, while sporting luxury vinyl flooring in the office.
