Our 10' standard Container units are true ISO units, not thin knockoffs.

There are a wide variety of 20' units to customize. High Cube (9'6") units come in handy when building commercial restroom units, cabins with bunk beds, or tiny homes to get that true 8' inside ceiling height. Open-side units as well as units with container doors on both ends are an option, along with the standard height (8'6") units. 

Multiple options of 40' units make customization an easy feature! To achieve that true 8' inside ceiling height we will often use 40' high cube units for commercial kitchens, bunk houses, tiny homes/AirBNBs, and even extended warehouse space. Open-side units as well as units with container doors on both ends are an option, along with the standard height (8'6") units. 

115V Mini-split units are commonly used as heat/AC for our units. Multi-container & multi-room containers may require larger or multiple mini-split units.

Wall/ceiling-mounted fans are featured in our bar and concession stand units, along with multiple windows and/or awnings to promote air circulation.

Electric and wood-burning stoves are another heating option for these unique spaces.

We use typical fiberglass insulation that you would see in a house using R-19 on the walls and R-21 on the ceilings. Depending on your climate and budget, spray foam is always an option. 

There are a few things to consider when thinking about windows. Although we try to stick with standard-size windows, our unique projects sometimes call for distinctive aspects! Floor-to-ceiling windows as well as quirky shapes and sizes can be custom ordered to meet project needs.  Windows frames come in a black, white, or wood finish.  

Access or man-doors are installed in almost every unit we build. Along with the windows, there are a wide variety of doors that we can install. Keep in mind, we build our units just like a house - but in a metal box!

Creative welding promotes flip-out awnings that are fabricated at our shop, specific to each container build. Custom awnings are most common in our commercial & backyard bar units, concession stands, kiosks, and ticket booths, but can also be found in the hunting blinds! All of our awnings close, lock, and are weatherproof.
